Matt Henderson
Director
Matt is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has held a number of senior positions over the last 10 years including Head of London Land and Development for Hamptons International and Group Land and Development Director for Altius GOC
Matt began his career at Savills on the graduate APC training programme, following the Planning and Development pathway. He has worked within planning, affordable housing and consultancy teams before taking a permanent position in the Central London land agency team.
Since the inception of Henderson & Partners (formerly Henderson Curle) in 2015 Matt has led the surveying side of the business to provide services for a number of clients and has worked on a number of successful mediation cases.
Michelle Knight
Administrative Assistant
With the continued growth of the business, Michelle joined Henderson & Partners in early 2020 to support Kim with the smooth running of the office. Michelle has a wealth of experience in fast-paced office environments and possesses excellent organisational skills. She has a proven track record of building reliable, supportive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Prior to joining the team at Henderson & Partners, Michelle worked in the print industry for 10 years as a studio prep artist. Her experience in this area means that Michelle has an exceptional eye for detail and strives for perfection in everything she does.
