Bury St Edmunds

Following the success of their Peterborough development, this was a second project for on behalf of lender client, Goldentree Financial Services.

The client enlisted the services of Henderson & Partners for the build of three new houses on a site in Bury St Edmunds. The site had previously been cleared prior to the start of the project.

Our team undertook a full initial review and monitored the project on behalf of the lender from pre-commencement through to the completion and final sign-off. 

The project was a first for the developer, who leant on the support of the team at Henderson & Partners to complete an impressive build with a local team of contractors.  The whole process was seamless including prompt inspections, responses to enquiries and funding solutions.
