The team at Henderson & Partners were approached by lenders, Goldentree Financial Service, for help with a five-house new house development in Peterborough. The project featured a complex timber frame construction and an ambitious build programme.

When the client enlisted the help of Henderson & Partners the site had previously been cleared and planning permission for the five houses was already in place. The team carried out a full initial review of the project before commencement of works.

From pre-commencement the project was monitored throughout to ensure strict timelines were adhered to by contractors. Exceptional communication and working relationships between the monitoring team, the developer and the funder meant the project was completed on time and on budget. An impressive feat despite the adverse weather conditions encountered throughout.
